Back in May I had the absolute pleasure of working with the talented angel delight that is Abbi King, who is known as Folkenrose in the world of instagram! Being able to hire one of your friends and pay them for their work is one of the most rewarding experiences as a business owner, especially when they’re as lovely and humble as Abbi is. For this shoot we were at the gorgeous home of Helen Mulloy Reid, who owns Bare Beauty Therapy. If you are in need of some R&R I highly recommend the signature facial Helen does, the best treatment I have ever had! Helens home and salon is so beautifully put together I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for this shoot. All of the cushions and the fur throw photographed here are made in my studio using remnant velvets and recycled vintage fur.
